I. Language
The
process, presentations, and materials for
the Symposium and Seminars will be in Spanish. Participants may
express themselves in either English or Spanish. Some small communities
work in Spanish, others in English or bilingually depending on language of preference.
II. Registration
Space is limited to 84 participants in the Symposium and 40 per Seminar.
The Summer Program is only for participants 18 and over, no minors will be
accepted.

B. Room & Board
The price
includes accommodations from July 11th (Sunday night)
to July 17th (Saturday noon). Three daily meals are included
starting with dinner on Sunday, July 11, and ending with lunch on
Saturday, July 17.

C. Group
Registration [two or more people]
To encourage the attendance of
several participants from the same institution (i.e. parish
or arch/diocese), the following discounts are offered:
Group of 2, discount of $100 |

(3 people X $66.50 discount) |
Group of 4, discount of $300 |
(4 people X $75 discount) |
NOTE: When registering
as a group, please send all of the registration forms
and payments together.
III. Site & Schedule
of the Symposium and Seminars
The Summer
Program will be held in the campus of the University of Saint Mary
(www.stmary.edu), in Leavenworth, KS. If arriving by air,
fly into Kansas City Missouri Airport (MCI), which is about 30 minutes from the university.
Registration: Sunday, July 11th 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM; program
starts at 7:00 PM
Closing ceremony: Saturday, July 17th at 6:00 PM
IV. Partial
Scholarships
Some
partial registration scholarships are
available. To request a partial registration scholarship, please send a letter
or e-mail with your name, address, telephone, and program
of interest (Symposium, Seminar A, B, or C) to Instituto Fe y Vida,
explaining your financial need, reasons for wanting to participate,
as well as a summary of your pastoral background. Letters or
e-mails can be written in either Spanish or English. In order
to qualify for the scholarship your letter must be postmarked
on or before June 10, 2010.
