FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL

At this level the participants affirm the principles of their faith, as well as their origin and their end as children of God and their vocation and mission as disciples of Jesus. By putting into practice the Prophets of Hope Model, they acquire a holistic vision to live their faith and develop an evangelizing, communitarian and missionary ministry.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

The multiple programs of the intermediate level help participants go deeper in different aspects of life, illuminating them with the Word of God and the teachings of the Church. They provide methods and techniques that, together with a holistic pastoral theological vision, enable them to lead the Church and society as prophets of hope.

ADVANCED LEVEL

Fe y Vida offers one program at an advanced level, which has two modules with complementary approaches that can be taken in any order. It delves into spirituality, theology and administration for effective pastoral leadership, carried out from parochial and diocesan ecclesial positions, as employees or as volunteers.

The program is aimed at young leaders with an advanced level of training and pastoral advisers and agents. It requires intermediate theological and pastoral formation and leadership experience in the structures of the Church. Participants are prepared to carry out pastoral work in collaboration with other ministerial specialties and ethnic groups.

The Leadership Training System logo indicates that a person can begin their training at a foundational level and continue to train at intermediate and advanced levels, until they train as a trainer. This is more quickly achieved when a person combines their participation in local programs and in the National Catholic Leadership Program; although, it is also feasible by participating in only one of those two settings.
